1. What do I get when I become a member of Falatalk? You get access to all Learning Guides (4-5 pages) for each episode, and access to all the Video Guides.
2. How do I download the Learning Guide for each podcast? To download the Learning Guide: 1. Register for membership. 2. Login to your account. 3. Go to the home page: http://falatalk.com/ 4. Select a podcast. 5. RIGHT-click (Mac: CTRL-click) on the “Learning Guide” button and select “Save As…” Save the PDF file to your hard drive. *Note: You will need a free Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the Learning Guide.
3. How do I pay for the Learning Guide Membership? Falatalk uses the free PayPal secure online payment system. Each month, your account will be automatically billed unless you cancel your membership. You can cancel your membership at any time.
4. Do I need to come back at the end of each month to pay via PayPal? No. If you use PayPal, you will be automatically charged each month until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel at any time.
5. What format are the Video Extras in? Mp4 format is used, for easy playing on Ipod and other devices.
Please note: We are not able to give a refund for part of a month after that month’s membership fee has been paid should you choose to cancel your subscription. Your membership will continue until the end of the 30 days. Then your membership will be cancelled automatically.
